Squirrel's Snack

An Indian palm squirrel sits bolt upright, tiny paws holding a seed to its mouth, against a creamy green bokeh with scattered grain below. Endlessly endearing. Fun fact: Legend says the three pale stripes on this squirrel's back are the finger-marks of the god Rama, who stroked it in thanks for its help — which is why the three-striped palm squirrel is considered sacred by many.
