A blue-tailed bee-eater shows its full elegant form on a twig, dragonfly in bill, the turquoise tail glowing against green. A more complete companion to the tighter frame in #56. Fun fact: A bee-eater colony can transform a river bank into a high-rise apartment block, with dozens or even hundreds of nesting tunnels bored side by side into the same cliff of sand.
